Job Description
Delaware company in need of warehouse - general labor
A Truck Loader Associate s duties include, but are not limited to:
Verify shipping label for correct truck (UPS, FedEx, or USPS)
Load trucks high and tight.
Packages are to be stacked in the back of the truck as high as possible with the carton number or shipping label facing the outside.
Work your way from the back of the trailer to the trailer door.
Dock Door 2 are air packages that must be individually scanned by FedEx before they leave the facility.
Packages must be stacked on the sides of the trailer at Dock Door 2 with the shipping label visible for easy scanning by FedEx.
Clean up work area throughout the shift
Leave work area clean at the end of the shift
Skills - Experience and Requirements
A successful Packaging Associate will have the following:
Attention to detail
Read and understand instructions
High School diploma or GED required
Able to lift 50 lbs. Consistently
Ability to detailed-oriented and a self-motivated team player
