Location: Lancaster, OH on-site only
Tax Assistant responsibilities:
Sort and scan confidential client tax information.
Assemble completed client tax packages.
Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity.
Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Provide administrate support to other team members with data entry, paperwork,
photocopying, etc. As needed.
Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties.
Tax Assistant qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and filing systems with the
ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
Customer service or administrative experience is preferred
Tax Assistant compensation: $15-18/hour plus limited benefits
Expected work hours: Monday through Friday, little to not overtime
