? Facilitate communica? On between our customers and team to ensure customer sa? Sfac? On

? Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase produc? Vity

? Order office equipment and supplies as needed

? Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements

? Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries

? Help build online marke? Ng, brochures, email campaigns, etc. That highlight our services

? Work to create marke? Ng opportuni? Es and plan events for our customer base in the

community to improve company reputa? On and visibility

? Calculate client fees, coordinate financial arrangements, and process payments including cash,

ACH, and credit card transac? Ons

? Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports

? Provide administra? Ve support to other team members with data entry, paperwork,

photocopying, etc. When needed

? High school diploma or GED required

? Customer service, bookkeeping, or administra? Ve experience is preferred

? History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized

? Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build rela? Onships with a

variety of personali? Es

? Display excellent wri? En, problem-solving, and verbal communica? On skills

? Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microso? Office programs and filing systems with the

ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
