Service Department Administrative Support Position**
We are currently seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our team in Administrative Support in our Service Department. This role will have you working directly with our team and customers, where you'll need excellent communication and writing skills to ensure effective and clear interactions.
As a key part of our team, you'll be expected to have a strong command of Microsoft Word and Excel to aid in maintaining smooth department operations. Your ability to multitask will be utilized, juggling various tasks such as report generation, data entry, and customer service interactions.
While not mandatory, basic accounting skills will give you an edge in this position. Your role will involve working with financial data, so any familiarity with accounting practices would be highly beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between team members and clients
- Efficiently manage various tasks simultaneously
- Perform data entry tasks and generate reports
- Assist in basic accounting tasks
Qualifications:
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workloads
- Experience in a customer-facing role
