Job Description


We are seeking a Regional Recruiter to develop and participate in high-volume employee recruiting activities throughout the Marysville, Delaware, and Newark, Ohio areas.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3+ years of recent networking, sourcing, and recruiting experience
  • Ability to creatively connect with job seekers
  • Skills to develop innovative recruiting sources
  • Extensive experience with digital recruiting sources

This position is in-person and local travel is required; the Regional Recruiter will be
responsible for recruiting and networking efforts in the Marysville, Delaware, and Newark areas and must be willing to travel to and spend time developing relationships in all recruitment areas each week.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain multiple recruiting sources (digital and community-based).
  • Lead high-volume recruiting initiatives and strategies
  • Network within assigned territory to develop leads and relationships with a variety of individuals and organizations
  • Build brand-awareness within assigned territory through all activities
  • Analyze and assess performance trends of job boards and sourcing methods
  • Continuously research, identify, and implement new and innovative recruiting sources, methods, and ideas
  • Work with branch teams to execute recruiting strategies
  • Oversee and develop recruiting relationships with community organizations (JFS, technical and high schools, military alliances, etc.)
  • Attend recruiting and community events

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of recent experience in a recruiting role
  • Staffing industry experience a plus
  • Proven ability to proactively source candidates using a variety of leading recruitment resources
  • Solid knowledge of digital sourcing optimization
  • Experience in building a local grassroots sourcing and recruiting strategy.
  • Expertise in quickly building and leveraging relationships
  • A valid driver s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to regularly attend in-person recruiting events, networking functions, and other various events

Compensation Package:
  • Salary negotiable based on previous experience
  • Placement commissions and quarterly bonuses based on performance
