We are looking for Project Coordinator to work M-F on 1st shift.
The Project Coordinator will assist in outlining responsibilities for ensuring projects stay on track, within budget, and meet defined goals. This role involves coordinating schedules, resources, and information to support project managers and teams. Key tasks include planning, monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and communicating updates. Also, working on creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP s) for all machines.
Primary duties of Project Coordinator include:
Package and send sample materials to sales prospects.
Effectively support administrative staff in daily inputting data in spreadsheets and communications with potential prospects.
Quality Assurance conduct quality checks on sample materials being sent to prospects.
Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP s) for all
Requirements of Project Coordinator include:
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel
Must have previous experience in writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
