Acloche is seeking a self-motivated and energetic candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal applicant will possess basic math skills, demonstrate dependability, and be capable of working effectively both in a team and independently.


Primary duties of the Production Supervisor include:

• Practice proper PPE compliance and maintain a safe working record and environment

• Immediately communicate unsafe conditions, acts or injuries to Production Manager

• Assist with Preventive Maintenance program as required

• Practice proper forklift operation and preventive maintenance

• Meet or exceed facility housekeeping expectations

• Maintain and build job skills through company training programs

• Ensure that all employees on his/her shift are properly trained in the areas of safety and quality as well as all job functions

• Expedite product changeovers in an efficient manner

• Completion of shift production and reporting paperwork

• Meet wired plant compliance metrics

• Adhere to product sampling schedule

• Daily allocation and management of available resources to accomplish the shift s assigned production duties

• Meet or exceed standard production efficiencies on all production lines

• Troubleshoot process and mechanical problems and perform repairs and adjustments to meet production needs as required

• Oversee a total of 3 machines and 8-10 employees

Requirements of the Production Supervisor include:

• Must be willing to work on weekends IF it becomes needed.

• Must have excellent reading and writing skills

• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair abilities

• Must have supervisor experience

• Must have attention to detail

• Must have excellent verbal communication skills

• Must be training, leadership and motivational skills

• Must have decision making skills

• Must have a high school diploma

• Must have the ability to lift 75 pounds up to 6 feet high

Hours: 2nd Shift 4: 00pm-12: 30am

Pay range: $30-38/hour
