Job Description
Acloche has Production openings for a Fiberglass Production Plant in Hilliard! Ideal candidates are motivated, productivity driven with willingness to learn new tasks in a team-oriented environment.
Manufacturing and safety training experience highly desired but not required. Entry-level warehouse exp can be considered.
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2: 45pm-12: 45am. Must be flexible for daily overtime and Fridays as needed.

Summary:
Individuals will work on 2-3 separate lines handling fiberglass boards weighing 5 to 25 lbs and fiberglass ceiling tiles weighing about 2.4 lbs each.
Primary Job Functions:
Flip and slide fiberglass boards onto a moving conveyor one at a time. Each employee rotates on/off this job in 30 minutes processing 300 boards with line speed at 100 fpm.
Use cutting knife to cut facing to separate board to board.
Flip every other fiberglass ceiling tile as tiles are flipped over on to other tile while inspecting tiles on a moving conveyor.
Stack pairs of ceiling tiles coming off the moving conveyor dropping 3-12 inches to another stationery conveyor where they are stacked straight in a set of 8, 10, or 12. When the tile drops, the employee helps to straighten up the stack.
Slide the sleeve to cover outside one or two stacks of ceiling tiles then bundle into another moving conveyor.
Carries stack of finished products from a stationary conveyor to a pallet then place onto lifting table which uses a motorized hydraulic. Stacks of ceiling tiles can weigh from 16-60 lbs. Pushes finished product onto motorized conveyor that takes product to seal wrapper that uses heat as method of sealing.
Load gravity fed accumulating conveyor with stacks of 2x2 fiberglass boards.
