Machine Operator
Job Description

Currently, we are assisting a local client in recruiting for a Production Operator in the Tow Hooks Department job in Amanda, OH. These opportunities will allow you to enhance your career while gaining valuable manufacturing experience.
As a Production Operator in the Tow Hooks Department at our client s site, you will work as part of a team to achieve daily goals.
Primary responsibilities include:
Detailed Job Description
Roll threading
Piercing
Lifting & bending
Welding
All jobs necessary for work on producing parts
Checking parts
Entering information into Plex (WHMS).
Fit parts in locaters on machines.
Check for accuracy on gages and enter quality checks into Plex.
Requirements:
No attendance issues within the 1st 30 days. Heavy lifting required. There will be a Facility tour prior to starting.
Experience/Skills:
Read and write English
Willingness to work extra hours
Demonstrate mechanical ability
Ability to work well with others
Physical/Ergonomic Requirements:
Repetition is required, quantity is needed, and accuracy is demanded
lifting (must be able to lift continuously 55 pounds or more), charting, gaging and stacking parts neatly is also required to assure performance as the production process progresses.
Hours:
2nd shift: Monday thru Thursday 3: 00pm to 1: 30am and Friday 1: 00pm to 9: 30pm
*MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR OVERTIME DAILY!
Pay Rate:
$16 to start once trained (usually 2 weeks) there will be a $1 increase
