Acloche is seeking a self-motivated and energetic candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal applicant will possess basic math skills, demonstrate dependability, and be capable of working effectively both in a team and independently.
Primary duties of the Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician include:
- Practice proper PPE compliance and maintain a safe working record and environment
- Responsible for troubleshooting production machines
- Assist with Preventive Maintenance program as required
- Follow and interpret blueprints
- Follow and interpret schematics
- Responsible for the maintenance of complete production lines
- Complete PM in a timely manner
- Assure compliance with appropriate safety practices and procedures and with applicable federal, State, and local codes, regulations, and requirements
- Perform skilled maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical equipment. Maintain various records related to materials and work orders.
Requirements of the Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician include:
- Five years of experience in related field or three-year technical schooling.
- Basic computer and mathematical skills
- Experience in troubleshooting of one or more of the following PLAY programs: Siemens, S5, S7, ABB, and Bosch is a plus
- Understand control wiring, and logic diagrams
- Heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds), bending, and stooping may be required.
- Must be able to work overtime, as assigned
- Responsible for assisting with improvements of the production equipment and controls to increase productivity throughout the Columbus facility
- Must be dedicated to, and assist in the carrying out of the goals, plans, and policies of the department. They will carry oneself in a manner consistent with sound principles. They will also be responsible for following all policies, procedures, and instructions in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ability to multitask, completing projects while supporting daily activities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Work in a team-oriented process by being an active participant
- Work with minimal supervision
- PLC and HMI troubleshooting experience are a plus
- Desire for "hands-on" engineering
- Interpret component catalogs
Hours: 3rd Shift 8: 30pm-7: 30am, but will train on first shift for 3-4 weeks.
Pay range: $30-38/hour
