Position Summary:
Serves as administrator for several critical human resources functions and workforce management, including recruiting, employee/labor relations, health and safety, compensation, benefits, training, diversity, employee engagement, leave and attendance tracking, payroll, and employee records. Facilitates and communicates organizational policies and programs and ensures labor law and regulatory compliance. Provides internal support and partnership to business lines to deliver required human resources. May evaluate, select, and oversee vendors that provide supplemental HR processes and services.



RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Manage and administer HRIS system to track associate data such as hiring, terminations, leaves, transfers, or promotions
Develop, manage and conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel
Address employee relations issues
Benefits administration, including ACA compliance
Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs
People strategy and management, including:
o Manage and administer HRIS system to track associate data such as hiring, terminations, leaves, transfers, or promotions
o Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns
o Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
o Create and maintain all HR-related processes.
o Manage and conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel; conduct background checks, new-employee orientations; monitor career-pathing program; and create and post advertisements
o Partner with the COO and Director of Operations to make certain all hiring, training and performance protocol meet the company's core values
o Maintain and update the employee handbook to ensure accuracy and timely distribution to employees
o Wage and raise strategy and administration, including performance bonuses
o Employee appreciation
o Conducts regular system audits including employee file audits, I-9 audits, and wage and timeclock audits
Benefits management, including:
o Identify and implement benefits to increase the quality of life for employees by working with brokers and researching benefit issues
o Manage all benefit programs, including open enrollment, renewals and terminations
