Job Description

HR Administrative Coordinator

2nd shift 3-11pm or 5pm-1: 30am - pay is based on experience, $50-$55/K

? Establish relations with associates while effectively handling and resolving associate complaints and grievances
? Lead individuals for the purpose of investigations, emergency situations and policy enforcement
? Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
? Document all associate relations matters as appropriate for the situation in accordance with legal compliance and organizational policies and procedures
? Participate in exit interviews
? Exhibit safety awareness and competence with attention to detail
? Communicate with diverse groups and individuals and relate directly, clearly and professionally with all levels of the organization.
? Support and role model Key Performance Indicators of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale and Environment
? Act as a role model for all associates and adhere to the company core values
? Demonstrate and serve as a role model for Respect for the Individual at all times
o Maintain professional and consistent Open Communication with all levels of the organization, communicating with diverse groups of people and ensuring understanding

? Maintain a customer service focus, ensuring and protecting our customer s best interest
? Other Duties as assigned by Leadership
PERIODIC JOB FUNCTIONS (to include but not limited to):

? Respond to unemployment claims
? Process paperwork for company badge access
? Assist with drug testing for random and pre-employment
? Verify and log corrective actions in the HRIS system
? Assist with ISO compliance for the department
? Act as the company representative in the Peer Review process
? Facilitate learning and development topics
? Support management in the development process for internal candidates.

MINIMUM / PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS):

? Minimum of 2 years of experience in Associate Relations or other HR position as a primary role or 0-1 year of experience in HR and a degree in Human Resources
? Excellent communication, both verbal and written, as well as organizational skills
? Ability to interact professionally within the company and with the customer
? Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizations skills
? Must be willing to have a daily presence in a manufacturing / distribution center facility.
? Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (i.E. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
? Basic knowledge and understanding of federal and state HR regulations
? Knowledge of HRIS system
? Basic understanding of leave of absences (FMLA, STD, etc. BA in Human Resources or related field (preferred)

Experience in fast-paced, dynamic, manufacturing, distribution, and office environment. (preferred)
PHR or SHRM certification (preferred)
