Job Description
TITLE:
Customer Service/Sales/Logistics Business Partner
DEPARTMENT: Office and Management
REPORTS TO: President
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and provide customer service
Handle customer issues
Greet customers and visitors
Maintain and file Customer related documents
Assist customers
Take orders via email and phone
Enter orders into ERP system (ACCTVANTAGE) ordering and invoicing database
Create invoices through ACCTVANTAGE software
Update and maintain pricing log to reflect price increases or decreases
Create customer quotes
Update and maintain sample log
Create production report for review in weekly production staff meeting
Assist sales staff in pricing and packaging quotes
Assist shipping department with scheduling
Assist and organize logistics for outbound shipments to customers
Create international customs documents and schedule shipments
Set up shipments by UPS and FedEx
Order office supplies
Assist company president with documentation
Create and maintain NAFTA certification and paperwork
Issue credit memo and or replacement parts
Set up new product codes
Invoice for tooling
Maintain Tooling log
Assist employees and management as needed
Other duties as assigned
Education:
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, MAC experience a plus
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Proficient in ERP Ordering and Invoice database
Proficient in FedEx and UPS online ordering system
