25% Process orders by phone, fax and email and communication with customers regarding order status, delivery date, and freight quotes when applicable.
25% Handling customer questions/issues regarding their orders including order status or sending product information
20% Communication with our many vendors regarding product updates relevant to customer orders.
5% Miscellaneous customer service projects
We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as Customer Service Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, emails, faxes and web chats as well as handling customer questions regarding products or order issues. Our Customer Service Specialist is often the first point of contact for customers, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
High School Diploma/GED required
Self-Starter with the ability to work independently
