Cast Operator 3rd
Could be working 6-7 days a week until production gets caught up.

**Cast Operator Fill out tags properly, operate a cast machine, quality checks and cast defects documentation, preforms safe torch operations, understands metal fills and die maintenance. Will be required to obtain cast certification within General aluminum.
DRESS: Jeans, STB with Metatarsal ~you can purchase the metal tarsal guards on your 1st day @ General Aluminum and we can do a payroll deduction of $23.00 for the guards.
Orientations are on Tuesday s from 8: 00 am approximately 3: 00/3: 30pm.
Must be available and willing to work such overtime as is necessary to meet business needs. Currently working 6 days a week OVERTIME PAID after 40 hours. ****All shifts train on 1st shift for 1-2 weeks. Overtime may not be mandatory for the first 30 days.
Hourly rate - plus $50.00 every 2 weeks for perfect attendance bonus.
Experience in a manufacturing environment- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. **Ability to work in a warm dusty environment, warehouse is not climate controlled and it s a foundry, so dust is present at times.
***Extensive exposure to foundry/manufacturing environment with exposure to high noise, heat, hazards moving equipment, and malten metal. Use of protective equipment to protect eyes, feet, ears and potential burn areas are required.
Qualifications:
Must be able to communicate effectively in English-Attendance is critical.
