Job Description
Acloche is hiring for a great company on the West Columbus area! Fire Truck company seeking a Ladder Assembler in Hilliard.
Schedule: 7: 00a-3: 30p Monday-Friday
Pay:$20/hr
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Builds and assembles ladders for fire trucks. Preparing all sections for assembly, set up and layout for lacing & hand rails, and installing and connecting cable anchors and slide block retainers by use of hand and air tools.
JOB DETAILS
Gather materials as specified in drawings.
Inspect all materials for defects prior to use.
Assemble individual sections of the ladder.
Set-up, layout & drill holes for lacing & handrails.
Install cable anchors.
Install block retainers.
Drill and installation of rub rails.
Maneuver and make the necessary adjustments for ladder brackets.
Insure air tools, air hose and other electrical equipment is inspected and ready for use.
Regularly lift anywhere from 15-50 lbs.
