Small business looking for an Experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be highly detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to take initiative.
Must have Billing, AP/AR, Payroll, QuickBooks, Excel and Word.
Pay is $25/hr. Hours are 9am-2pm. - 30 hours/wk. May be flexible with schedule once training is complete.
Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Perform basic accounting/ bookkeeping tasks.
Organize files and documents.
Provide administrative support to staff members.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Greet visitors and answer phone calls.
Manage daily office operations.
