Job Description
Hiring Material handlers to pack and ship soybeans -- Long term opportunity with benefits and paid holidays. ***Temp to hire for the right candidate.
SCHEDULE IS AS FOLLOWS for all employees- $14.00 1st shift and $14.50 2nd shift--- with $1.00 increase in 6 months
1st shift 7: 00 am to 3: 30 pm
2nd shift 3: 00pm- 12: 00am
**$1.00 increase after 6 months
Not necessarily temp to hire, but will be long term contingent with a chance of full time depending on management s needs and performance.
As a contingent you will receive 6 Paid major holidays and vacation after working 960 hours. Based on performance and time you could make up $17.00, but not limited to $17 over the course of employment.
Job Duties: Filling Mini Bags with Soybeans weighing up to 35lbs. On occasion there will be bags weighing up to 66lbs and the associate can have help lifting these if need be. Overseeing the Filling Machine and once full, putting bags on pallets and moving the pallets to the holding area or shipping area. Amongst other general labor items to be determined on a daily bases.
Smoking is permitted only on breaks in the designated smoking area or in car. Pack your lunch not close to any restaurants limited vending machines onsite.
Associate must wear Steel toed Leather Boots, jeans, tshirt- dress for the warehouse
