Acloch is currently seeking a Professional Divisions Manager to continue the growth and success of our professional staffing operations.
The Professional Divisions Manager s primary objective is to maintain overall sales and service efforts within assigned territory and service divisions by marketing Acloch to active, inactive, and prospective clients to increase business and profits, analyzing individual territory and competitors to assess possible sales leads, maintaining a profitable operation while adhering to predetermined budget guidelines, and providing contingent, contracted, and direct-hire staff to clients timely and efficiently. The Professional Divisions Manager will also properly staff, plan, forecast, delegate, and lead the Professional divisions while establishing the proper controls to effectively administer the direction to be taken by each operation.

Recruiting and hiring experience
Experience managing a profit center
Responsibilities of the Professional Divisions Manager include but are not limited to:
SALES AND MARKETING
Identify and pursue business opportunities within a defined geographic territory and for all assigned divisions; approximately 70% of each day will be comprised of sales activities.
Manage and maintain sales funnel that includes a pipeline of prospects in various stages of opportunity levels
Develop and grow client base by marketing temporary, project, and/or full-time staffing solutions and presenting features, benefits, and value proposition of all product lines to clients and prospects
Create sales presentations, which may include written proposals, graphic representations, and/or PowerPoint slides, for review by CEO
Conduct sales calls and presentations with clients and prospects to develop new business and identifying key staffing needs for all lines of business
Lead the development and preparation of RFPs, RFQ s and RFIs for CEO review and approval
Develop action plans for addressing clients with declining volume or who are inactive
Establish relationships with all prospects and clients to ensure continued sales and profit growth for existing accounts and participate in client activities
Identify and communicate future client/business needs and trends that will support profitable growth.
Lead negotiations and review all sales contract documents and guide them through approval process
Regularly review client contracts and service to ensure compliance with contract stipulations. SLAs and SOPs
Execute sales plans, forecasts, and budgets needed to ensure meeting goals.
Gather and provide market intelligence and information about prospects, competitors, and market trends in assigned geographic territory and for assigned divisions
Develop revenue budgets and forecasts based on sales targets
Achieve key financial indicators by meeting or exceeding set criteria, including, but not limited to quotas, targets, revenue goals, etc.
Maintain a positive presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
Oversee all recruiting efforts for assigned divisions
Forecast recruiting requirements and develop and execute effective recruiting plans with goals and objectives, detailed strategies, timelines, budget and other resource requirements
Plan, coordinate, and/or staff recruiting events
Work with Marketing team to create and/or facilitate the design and distribution of recruiting materials
Appropriately staff and manage assigned operation(s) to achieve targeted goals, client service, and fiscal expectations by hiring, coaching, mentoring and providing direction to all division employees
Prepare and present financial analysis and forecasts in quarterly budget reviews
Prepare SG&A budgets and forecasts
Analyze all reports, utilizing the information to determine areas of improvement for the department, branch, and/or company
Administer performance management process, following all SOPs and performance guidelines relevant to behavior, timing, reporting, documentation and communication
Ensure compliance with all internal SOPs by regularly auditing processes, procedures, Associate files, client files, and other related documents.
Establish quotas for branches based on annual revenue targets determined by Corporate
JOINT COMMISSION COMPLIANCE
Monitor and maintain compliance with all Joint Commission Health Care Staffing Services (HCSS) standards and requirements for Medical division
Create, implement, and/or maintain processes for verifying and documenting the credentials and competencies of contingent health care staff
Ensure all records are maintained in accordance with Joint Commission requirements
The Professional Divisions Manager is responsible for exercising discretion and independent judgment in all activities. A successful Professional Divisions Manager must have: a significant understanding of various industries; an extensive knowledge of human resource policies, labor regulations and federal and state laws regarding employment practices; proven sales experience; the ability to motivate self and others to achieve results; extensive negotiating skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; impeccable attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
BS/BA or the equivalent of five or more years experience in staffing or HR-related industry
Previous B2B sales and marketing experience with demonstrated success, including lead generation and cold-calling (minimum three years experience)
Previous management experience including supervisory and P&L (minimum three years experience)
Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations (minimum one year experience)
Proficient with MS Office; advanced skill level in Excel and Word; intermediate skill level in PowerPoint and Outlook
Must have a valid driver s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
