Product Support Representative

The purpose of this job is to provide support to our valued customers through the technical phases of the sales cycle from supporting the customer during the definition of technical requirements to developing their platform configurations, project quoting, and pricing.
Provide input to and develop quotes for customer configuration requirements.
Develop customer quotes and pricing based on discussions about standard product requirements.
Coordinate all phases of customer support during the configuration to pricing process (quoting) and report on customer needs in order to provide company sales and technical teams with the necessary feedback in order to win new business.
Review and respond to customer orders and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience throughout the sales and support process.
Review, report and address on statements of work, specifications, Terms and Conditions, PO s and other customer requirements.
2 year college degree with an enthusiasm for technology with a technical background in supporting electrical engineering, computer science a plus.
Minimum 4 years experience in Sales Operations Support/Customer Service experience.
Must have extensive knowledge of x86 systems, including server configurations, storage configurations and networking. Knowledge of converged systems a plus. Professional demeanor; be detail oriented dependable, flexible, and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment with strong follow up skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required for interaction with customers as well as vendors and company personnel in addition to outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
