Parts Warehouse Coordinator

Coordinate warranty claims, set-up customer installations, start and checks, receive routine parts order from customer via phone, email, fax, or direct contact. Reviews orders for correct price, part number and descriptions per standard catalog listings. Enters orders into Dynamics and prepares proper paperwork (pick list, UPS, and shipping labels) to begin shipping process.
Installation/Start & Check set up with contractors for their Dealers and Chain Accounts.
Warranty Processing of Clients products.
Parts orders, pick, pack, and UPS Dynamics.
Verifies correct pricing on customer purchase orders.
Supports the sales process by working with field sales to provide the necessary information to meet customer demands (50% interface).
Answers customer inquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders (100% interface).
Communicates with staff from other parts of the organization, such as production and warehouse distribution to confirm the status of orders and resolve customer complaints.
Inspect equipment and parts upon receipt for damages and coordinates returns.
Maintain and report on inventory (parts & accessories).
Warehouse shipping/receiving including UPC and LTL carriers training.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to take initiative
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Prior industry in the food service industry is preferred.
Basic HVACR-plumbing-Electrical knowledge desired.
Forklift (sit-down type)
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities.
