POSITION PURPOSE: The On-Site Supervisor will oversee all aspects of supplemental staffing needs and perform all relative administrative duties consistent with the terms and agreements set forth in the account contract. Additionally, this individual will supervise and develop a large number of Associates throughout the length of their assignments. The On-Site Supervisor will communicate all client needs to Market Manager, OnSite Manager or Staffing Supervisor and/or appropriate branches to ensure recruiting needs are met.

Client Relations
- Execute the sales and marketing plan for the client account
- Identify and pursue business opportunities within client organization
- Build and retain relationships with clients, prospects and internal team members to keep current with account status and expected candidate requirements Provide contingent, contracted and direct-hire staff to clients timely and efficiently
- Manage the associates assigned to client account and act as a resource for Associate needs or concerns
- Analyze client account activity on a daily basis
- Attend on-site client meetings and be prepared to report on daily account metrics and matters; attend client trainings
- Conduct presentations to client regarding metrics, performance, or other topics as necessary
- Confirm candidate with client and perform first day check-ins and day-to-day quality assurance activities - Provide daily supervision and direction to assigned Associates
- Resolve client/associate issues and problems and inform and/or seek support from On-Site Manager, Partnership Manager, and/or Corporate as necessary
- Conduct investigations in accordance with SOPs and in conjunction with client and/or other On-Site staff
- Conduct regular performance reviews of assigned Associates in accordance with established procedures
- Ensure compliance with all Service Level Agreements (SLA) and contract requirements and rates
- Perform skill marketing of available Associates which entails presenting candidates to clients with the goal of placing the Associate at the client for a fee
- Develop and customize effective correspondence to clients, prospects and associates
- Educate clients on appropriate applications and costs for applicant testing and screening
- Complete other duties as assigned

Associate Recruitment and Assessment
- Provide client-specific, comprehensive orientations, tours and testing to associates on policies, procedures, expectations, right and responsibilities and ensure their understanding and agreement
- Review resumes for skills, experience and knowledge required for position requirements
- Provide escalated coaching and counseling when applicable to Associates to improve performance, attendance and/or any other job related function that affects successful employment Complete other duties as assigned

Administrative & Compliance
- Prepare client-specific reports
- Obtain clear, concise job descriptions that detail essential functions.
- Understand the safety of each position in terms of responsibilities, industry and environment by participating in safety tours of client facilities
- Actively promote a safe work environment for all Associates by recognizing and correcting workplace hazards
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, client conversations and other recruiting activities
- Assist operations staff in developing a understanding of the positions, company, culture, needs, and expectations of the client to assist with sourcing and recruiting
- Enter accurate information for payroll and billing purposes timely into operating system
- Obtain all proper approvals for billing to clients in accordance with scheduled deadlines in operating system Monitor and achieve placement goals
- Maintain a positive presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events
- Complete other duties as assigned

The On-Site Supervisor is responsible for exercising discretion and independent judgment while managing all aspects related to a designated client; in addition, this individual will supervise and develop a large number of Associates throughout the length of their assignments.

A successful On-Site Supervisor must have: an extremely high level of occupational knowledge; a significant understanding of various industries; and an extensive knowledge of human resource policies, labor regulations and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

This position requires an extremely perceptive and resourceful person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to client needs, employee goodwill, and the company s best interest.

- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
- At least four (4) years experience in staffing, HR-related industry, or client industry
- Working knowledge of employment law and regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, Title VII - Ability to direct and manage people in a supervisory role
- Previous recruiting, interviewing, and hiring experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; intermediate skill level in Excel, Word, and Outlook; basic skill level in PowerPoint
- Administrative skills including report preparation and record keeping

- Will work in a temperature-controlled environment; may have exposure to natural sunlight
- Must be able to utilize a keyboard and mouse
- Sitting in a standard office chair for the majority of the workday
- Lifting up to 30 pounds on an occasional basis
- Bending, standing stooping to access filing cabinets and overhead storage bins

SHIFT: Mon-Fri 2: 00pm - 11: 00pm. Some OT required
