Acloch is currently seeking General Laborers in Dublin, Ohio. We are looking for career and team-oriented candidates. No extensive job hopping or gaps in work history.
Summary: Handle raw materials in the fabrication of sheet metal products in the automotive industry.
Shift: Sunday-Thursday 11: 30pm-8: 00am overtime as needed two hrs prior to shift. *Must train on 1st shift Mon-Fri 8: 00am-4: 30pm for 1 to 2 months.* Pay will increase $14.75 once moved to third shift.
Requirements:
Operate various equipment to load sheet metal products within required specification.
Lift, position and remove sheet metal from machines.
Load, stack and transport raw materials, tools, dies and products by hand.
Clean, grind and scrape metal prior to fabricating, welding, painting or shipping areas.
Perform inspection of parts which may require blueprint ready or other operational documentation.
Pick up trucks scrap while maintaining clean work area of machines, tools and equipment.
More experienced workers may manually perform hand work of fabricated metal parts to specification using hammers and grinders; set up fabricating machines such as press brakes, presses, shearers, plasma/flame cutters, drill presses, cutters and band saws.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs if needed.
