Primary Job Description
Team members will be floaters and cross trained in multiple areas with duties that include: taking metal pieces off of the rack to 12them onto a separate conveyor line, loading and unloading parts from machines, simultaneously stuffing medicine balls using finger/hand motions, etc.
All positions include handling metal products, standing, bending, crouching, pushing, pulling and lifting of up to 80 lbs.
7: 00am - 3: 00pm Monday - Friday. Must be available for 10 hour shifts daily & Saturday if needed.
Ability to produce parts with hand tools or machine to exact specifications.
Package, box, insert instructions, and weigh packaged products.
Adhere stickers, add end caps, or attach hardware to products.
Record weight from digital scale.
Follow client specific quality process.
Attention to detail and must be alert to quality issues.
Use basic power and manual hand tools (wrenches/hammer/power tools) to build product.
Pick, pack and move products around in a warehouse/assembly line environment.
Use measuring devices such as calipers, measuring tape, scales, etc.
Must have basic math skills (adding weights, or counting hardware, etc.)
Must be able to communicate effectively.

Steel toed boots/shoes, t-shirt, jeans/khaki's/dicki's free from holes and not excessively baggy.
NO shorts, sweatpants, yoga pants, etc. Hi-vis vests, safety glasses and gloves will be provided.
