Job Description
Marion company in need of Machine Operators - Must be able to work the 2/2/3 schedule - working 60 hours a week, lots of overtime.
Client is looking for candidates that have previous machine operating experience.
Looking for someone who is attentative to the machine, attention to all details, work independently, self motivated. Willng to learn all aspect of the machine they are working on - able to run the machine ie, learn change overs, set-up, all trouble shooting of machine once trained. Be the captain of their own machine.
Must be willing to step in other areas of the machine, not only operating, feed machine, inspecting, etc. Thse are temp to hire opportunities.
