Job Duties include, but not limited to
Computer knowledge and working knowledge of Windows MS Office Suite.
Represent the client with the highest integrity, and professionalism.
Able to handle sensitive material with the highest regard to confidentiality.
Able to use a multi-line phone system, and have good judgement on screening incoming calls to ensure the caller is getting the best assistance possible.
Greet every person entering the organization warmly and direct them to the correct destination.
Deal with client and public questions.
Track staff movements in and out of the organization.
Prepare letters and documents, receive and sort mail and deliveries.
Schedule appointments, maintain appointment diary.
Computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office Suite, and be able to learn LMHA software.
Must familiarize and learn HUD regulations.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to work with private information and maintain absolute confidentiality.
Minimum of 1 year administrative or relate experience.
High School diploma or GED
$12.00 per hour
Monday through Thursday 7AM to 5: 30PM
