Duties include, but are not limited to:
Ensures all requests from internal and external customers are handled accurately, efficiently and appropriately via email and chat Data Entry is key 50-60wpm required.
Handles elevated complaints and routing of incoming calls (as necessary)
Responds to departmental emails and distribution of departmental mail.
Makes sure all elevated calls go into our special attention program.
Monitors call center and communicates issues as appropriate.
Regular and timely attendance.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:
Defines customer problems, collects data and establishes facts, and resolves situation to customer acceptable levels.
Deals with all opportunities and challenges in a professional manner.
Reads, analyzes, and comprehends instructions, correspondence, and memos.
Assists with questionnaires for potential Independent Contractors.
Performs other duties as assigned.
